Job Title:

A seasoned professional is sought to oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production
  • Collaborate with the Planning Team to execute Daily, Weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets
  • Resolve daily challenges through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Conduct productive meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and Quality concerns
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across Manufacturing inter-department
  • Drive projects for KE activities in coordination with Support groups
  • Manage ECO documentation and implementation control
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing inter-Department procedures
  • Monitor and control Non-Quality costs through corrective measures with the support of SRT Tool
  • Address customer complaints through targeted projects
  • Implement and maintain SPS systems
  • Monitor and improve production KPIs
  • Develop manpower planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling for the workforce
  • Optimize daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL
  • Drive projects to overcome barriers hindering achievement of KPIs

Requirements:

  • Over 15 years of experience in production management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
