Senior Data Solutions Developer

Design and implement scalable data solutions using a variety of technologies, including ADF, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Databricks.

Build robust data models for efficient data processing, endpoint processing, and integration.

Develop and optimize complex data pipelines (real-time, batch, and BYOD).

Advanced Analytics & Insights

Create semantic models and dimensional models in Power BI.

Build enterprise dashboards, paginated reports, and self-service analytics solutions that drive business value.

Implement row-level security, complex DAX measures, and model optimizations to ensure high-quality insights.

Platform Operations & Governance

Apply industry best practices for DataOps, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Ensure data security, quality, and governance across the entire data lifecycle.

Integrate predictive analytics with Azure ML where required to drive informed decision-making.

Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, Spark SQL, Python/Scala, DAX, and Power Query (M).
  • Experience with real-time streaming (Event Hubs/Kafka) and batch processing.
  • Proven track record in implementing successful data architectures and enterprise BI solutions.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills are essential.
