EHS Leader

Job Opportunity: EHS Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS management systems across project sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety management systems across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety trainings.
• Monitor contractors' safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Report safety KPIs and support management in achieving HSE goals.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Additional safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH) preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Safety Management, preferably in Data Centers, Hi-tech Buildings, and R&D Centres.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
