Personalized Patient Care with Advanced Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us transform healthcare by leveraging data to build algorithms that personalize treatments based on clinical and behavioral history of patients.

About the Role

The current state of technology has brought more issues than solutions in patient care. Our team at Innovaccer is committed to making full use of available healthcare data to create ideal solutions. We require a Senior Data Scientist who can define and build next-generation predictive analytics tools in healthcare.

  • Design and lead the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to improve health and wellness of patients.
  • Work with business leaders and customers to understand pain-points and build large-scale solutions.
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and take them to market through partnerships.
  • Break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows.
  • Collaborate with data platform and applications teams to integrate data science capability or algorithms into their products/workflows.
  • Work with development teams to build tools for repeatable data tasks that accelerate and automate development cycles.
What You Need

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field (PhD preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python for building enterprise applications.
  • Deep experience in classical and new-age NLP techniques, including transformer architectures.
  • Understanding of fine-tuning techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG and VectorDBs.
  • Proficiency in LangChain or Crew.AI.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Knowledge of ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
