Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in developing order and execution management systems, particularly in the trading domain. Key responsibilities include designing fault-tolerant distributed applications, working with NoSQL technologies like Cassandra, and building microservices architecture. Proficiency in concurrent programming, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and effective communication skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience with Core Java, Microservices, Multithreading, and Spring
- Proficiency in Executor Framework
- Knowledge of concurrent programming and designing fault-tolerant distributed applications
- Familiarity with message-oriented streaming middleware architecture like Kafka, MQ, NATS, AMPS
- Experience in orchestration, containerization, and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure)
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on test-driven development
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering
