Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS).

The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in FCCS implementation, with an exceptional track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple projects.

A key aspect of this role is providing functional guidance on financial consolidation and close processes, ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing project design, validation, and solution delivery, as well as conducting business requirement gathering sessions, user training, and testing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

Additionally, they should be proficient in creating project documents, such as BRDs, SDDs, test scripts, and manuals.

Technical capabilities in FCCS are essential, as well as knowledge of integration capabilities with HFM and FCCS using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.

Postgraduate qualifications, such as CA or MBA Finance, are desirable.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will have advanced spreadsheet skills, strong presentation abilities, and be comfortable with long-term travel within GCC countries.

Prior onsite experience in GCC regions is an added advantage, as is familiarity with Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation, and Tax Reporting.
