Customer Service Representative Role

Acquire new client relationships through various digital journeys and play a crucial role in achieving business targets.

  • Proactively understand customer needs, cross-sell multiple products as required and adhere to all policies and guidelines for updating leads and closures.
  • Execute activities and campaigns planned by the Digital Sales Manager and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely service to customers seeking mortgage products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed business targets in terms of profitability, optimum product mix and quality of sourcing.
  • Be the one-point contact for all financial needs for assigned customers and maintain zero errors in adherence to policies and systems.
  • Source high-quality files as per specified guidelines and forge targeted client relationships within agreed timelines.
  • Meet and exceed customer acquisition targets and timely update leads shared by internal and external stakeholders.
Specialized Competencies:
  • Knowledge of financial products including Home Loans and Mortgages and understanding of statutory compliance and local market procedures.
  • Ability to analyze large data and present it for opportunity sizing and excellent communication and presentation skills to convince internal and external stakeholders.
