Immigration Paralegal Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a large caseload of employment-based immigration cases.

  • Draft, review and edit complex NIV/IV cases, including NIWs, O-1s, EB-1s and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.
  • Independently manage multiple cases while liaising with internal teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report case progressions and status to legal teams and managers in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong case management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We seek candidates with at least three years of immigration experience, preferably with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is highly desirable.
