About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Derivatives Trader to spearhead systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes.

This role is ideal for both point-and-click traders and those transitioning toward automated frameworks. You'll be expected to trade various products, not just single contracts, and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

  • Drive consistent positive cash flow while adhering to strict risk discipline.
  • Maintain risk exposure within predetermined firm parameters.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data. Develop new strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Take ownership of strategy development and deployment.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of buy-side trading experience in CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, CFE futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or family office.
  • A proven track record of managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • A strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • The ability to adapt to different markets and trade contracts with varying underlying assets.
  • Key skills: consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
