Job Title: GIS Technical Lead

Location: Singapore

Experience: 8-10 years in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a GIS technical lead role.\Key Responsibilities:\\
  • \
  • Lead end-to-end GIS implementation projects, with proven experience in at least 4 on-site client engagements as a GIS technical lead.\
  • Collaborate with client-side enterprise architects to understand and align with enterprise architecture principles, ensuring all solutions adhere to defined standards and guidelines.\
  • Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical design documents, ensuring clarity and traceability.\
  • Address and incorporate non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.) into the overall solution architecture.\
  • Design and implement system integrations, both file-based and service-based (REST/SOAP APIs), ensuring seamless data exchange with external systems.\
  • Develop and maintain high-quality GIS solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.\
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.\\-
Skills & Qualifications:\\-

  • Strong hands-on experience with WebApp Builder and/or Experience Builder\
  • ArcGIS JavaScript API\
  • Python for scripting and automation\
  • Proficient in spatial data migration using tools such as FME\
  • Deep understanding of ArcGIS infrastructure setup, deployment, and performance optimization\
  • Skilled in installation and configuration of the ArcGIS platform in various environments (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid)\\-
