Purpose of the Job:

To secure new partnerships for student placements and internships.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and execute a successful campus recruitment strategy to achieve career outcomes for graduating students.
  • Prioritize candidates with connections in the Media & Journalism industry.
  • Meet individual targets assigned for recruitment, summer internships, and live projects.
  • Support team members as needed.
  • Nurture new relationships through structured market outreach.
  • Collaborate with corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, etc.
  • Manage student career services, including career counselling, grooming, and interview preparation.
  • Work with key stakeholders, including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams, to achieve both career services and larger institutional objectives.
  • Maintain strong networks within the corporate HR community.
  • Demonstrate experience working with senior professionals in HR and functional leaders, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Achieve Placement and Internship targets.
  • Establish new placement partners based on placement demand across schools and manage existing partners for repurchase of placements and internships.
  • Conduct student counselling sessions in-house for graduation outcomes.
  • Organize Corporate Engagement activities like Guest Lectures, Student Trainings, Conclaves, Workshops, etc.

Working days: 6 working days with Sunday off
