Talent Operations Associate

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining active communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions;
  • Managing invoicing closure and calendar management;
  • Providing back-end support to enable smooth execution and implementation of client projects;
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures;
  • Driving operational excellence through KPIs and timely execution of SLAs.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or operations;
