Job Description

As a Senior Process Associate, you will play a critical role in managing cash operations and treasury processes. You will be responsible for managing daily cash positions, reconciling with bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and US accounting/treasury standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions, as well as excellent communication skills. They should also have good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash operations and treasury processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts.
  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.
  • Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
