About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our R&D - DevOps Team at Protegrity USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the DevOps approach within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, Test and Maintain CI/CD pipeline, and ability to maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) process using tools like Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Docker etc.
  • Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
  • Collaborating with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
  • Automate, manage, and optimize the deployment and Infrastructure of applications on public cloud like AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Should understand how to choose the best tools and technologies which best fits the business needs.

Requirements:

  • BE/ME/MCA or any other degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant DevOps experience.
  • Hands-On experience on various DevOps concepts and tools like Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory/Nexus.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
  • Experience in building, designing, and maintaining cloud-based applications with AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
  • Good Knowledge of Container & Container Orchestration tools like Docker, AWS ECS, Kubernetes.
  • Experience working on Linux based infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy and Security domain preferred
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL preferred
  • Understanding of and principles preferred
