Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at Om Careers. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using Java 8+ and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust Java-based software applications using Spring Boot, JPA, and Angular/AngularJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of new features and tools.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in full-stack development with Java Web Applications.
  • Strong experience in server-side programming using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Data/Hibernate.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular/AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Good knowledge of database and SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Containerization, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Pipelines), and exposure to AWS.
  • Working knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile methodology.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and related programming skills (EC2, IAM, API Gateway, ECS, S3, Lambda, Cloud Formation).
  • Experience with one or more application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).
  • Experience with build tools like Gradle and Maven, development environments, and IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ.
  • Experience with one or more source code version control software like GIT.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), design, documentation, test case preparation, and review of tests.
  • Experience with unit testing tools and frameworks such as Karma, Jest, Junit.
  • A quick learner with the ability to handle development tasks with minimum or no supervision.
Education:

Required Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology.
