Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in designing and developing innovative solutions using Dynamics 365 online.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, deploying, and maintaining C#/.NET plugins, especially Azure-aware plugins to enhance functionality
  • Implementing JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Developing and maintaining Power Automate flows to ensure efficient D365 automation and orchestration
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs to expand capabilities
  • Supporting and augmenting existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting to optimize performance
  • Upholding CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment to guarantee scalability and upgradability
  • Aligning technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap and future direction to ensure alignment
  • Troubleshooting complex issues collaboratively, providing technical mentorship, and sharing expertise with team members to foster growth

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (online) both configuration and customized development
  • 3+ years' experience developing C#/.NET plugins, including Azure-aware plugins to enhance functionality
  • 5+ years' experience in JavaScript/jQuery customization within D365 CE to deliver seamless user experiences
  • 3+ years in Power Automate flows implementation and maintenance to ensure efficiency
  • 3+ years working with Azure services/components and Plugins integrated with Azure to expand capabilities
  • 3+ years in API integration with third-party systems to integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems
  • Proficiency using Azure DevOps, GIT, and automation/tooling for version control and deployments to optimize performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interfacing with clients and business users to build relationships
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and collaborative mindset in team environments to drive success
