DLP Leader

Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) efforts.

• Define and deploy DLP endpoint profiles
• Manage access roles in DLP (super user, system admin, policy manager, incident manager, external auditor)
• Perform DLP server upgrade activities (backing up and archiving old incidents)
• Develop DLP incident management and escalation workflows, as well as document the DLP processes and procedures

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology/Master of Technology/MSc/MCA/MS

Additional Requirements

i. At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP.

ii. Experience managing teams.

iii. Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments and integrating with various tools such as Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Web, Email, etc.

iv. Experience in automating processes using scripting as per the capability of the tool.

v. Understanding of data classification.

vi. Experience in managing policies and exceptions, adding exceptions to policies based on pre-defined criteria, monitoring endpoints, Web, Email, etc., and analyzing data produced by the client DLP system.
