Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing data privacy controls, enforcing zero-retention policies, and ensuring the secure use of AI tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools.
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
