Data Science Psychometrics Engineer

Central Test is a leading international publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions.

In this role, you will be part of our R&D and Consulting department.
Your primary objective is to manage psychometric projects efficiently and meet timelines.
Main responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the design, validation, and enhancement of psychometric assessments and HR tools.
- Developing AI-based programs using generative AI tools for process optimisation and analysis in R&D Projects.
- Overseeing quality and accuracy of psychometric tools, including scoring mechanisms and translations with AI tools.
- Managing timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
You'll work closely with the R&D team, spread across India, London, and Paris.
The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in psychometrics or a related field.
This is a 6-month internship with flexible start dates.

A salary of approximately $35,000 - $45,000 per annum is estimated based on location and industry standards.
