Job Description

This role is for individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and have a keen eye for detail. We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest level of quality in our AI-powered property management platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AI/ML testing, complex workflow automation, and full-stack application functionality. They will be responsible for designing test strategies, executing comprehensive testing, and developing automated testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design test strategies for AI agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization
  • Test complex third-party integrations (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, marketplace APIs)
  • Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing
  • Conduct performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and testing
  • Experience with AI/ML testing, complex workflow automation, and full-stack application functionality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
