About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of talented professionals who are passionate about agriculture and technology. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating technical training content for all AGCO products for global delivery as part of our aftersales training strategy
  • Developing and delivering e-learning content for various delivery techniques, including but not limited to, eLearning, virtual instructor-led, and instructor-led material
  • Collaborating with technical content developers to support the creation of training materials
  • Supporting translation projects for all training content

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, education, or IT
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in training content development or a related field
  • Experience with e-learning digital learning creation tools, such as Articulate Storyline
  • Formal technical training certification or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in Ag equipment, Auto component, or Auto OEM industries
