AI Model Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Modeler to lead our efforts in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI models for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) detection.
This role involves designing, training, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) or other natural language processing (NLP) models to effectively identify PII across diverse data types, including documents, databases, knowledge graphs, source code, and other knowledge-sharing platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering, including techniques like Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), to refine model outputs.
The successful candidate will work closely with our data engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure the AI models meet business requirements and align with industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, etc.). This is a critical role in our organization, and we are looking for a talented individual who can drive project success through their technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and train LLMs or other NLP models for PII detection.
- Develop generative AI agents using Autogen/Langgraph for schema- and metadata-based PII detection.
- Implement and optimize AI/ML solutions on Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience with AI frameworks such as Ray, ollama, vLLM, and PyTorch.
- Expertise in LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI model deployment in Azure cloud environments and on-premises servers.
- Familiarity with large-scale data handling and distributed computing paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical teams.
