Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Legal Manager.

About the Role:

  • Represent the company in legal matters, including consumer dispute cases and RERA litigation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as Sale Deeds, MOUs, Agreements to Sale, Board Resolutions, Legal Notices, etc.
  • Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and protect the company's interests.
  • Manage regulatory and litigation matters under RERA, especially in Karnataka.
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide legal support during negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Representation: Represent the company in consumer dispute cases across courts and quasi-judicial bodies nationwide.
  2. Legal Documentation & Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents like Sale Deeds, MOUs, Agreements to Sale, Board Resolutions, Legal Notices, etc.
  3. Legal Filings & Compliance: Handle preparation and filing of legal documents with courts, regulators, and tribunals.
  4. Legal Advisory & Strategy: Provide legal opinions and guidance on consumer-related matters.
  5. RERA Litigation & Compliance: Manage regulatory and litigation matters under RERA, especially in Karnataka.
  6. Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Participate in customer meetings to provide legal support during negotiations.
  7. Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support case preparation, compliance strategy, and company policy development.
