Seeking a Technical Accounting Professional

  • Lead critical client interactions and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Manage projects, develop engagement strategies, and own client relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality services, add value through complex transaction analyses, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to performance feedback and training.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to prepare and complete audits.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of public accounting and industry experience (minimum 3 years in public accounting).
  • 3 or more years of prior experience managing teams and owning their work product.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
  • Experience and familiarity with broad range of industries including tech, biotech, and life sciences.
  • Professional demeanor, passion for helping clients with strong interest in technical accounting.
  • Hard working, disciplined, detail oriented, and ability to motivate engagement teams.
  • Experience writing complex technical accounting position papers.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, aptitude for technical accounting research and self-education.
