  • Define and enforce reliability standards for our SaaS platform on Azure.
  • Lead high-impact projects to improve system reliability and reduce toil.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards to track system performance and errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in production operations or site reliability engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Azure.
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including HA/DR, replication, performance tuning, and backup/restore testing.
  • Azure core technologies, including AKS, Front Door, API Management, VNets, NSGs, Storage, Key Vault, Redis, and Service Bus/Event Hubs.
  • Observability and IaC/automation skills, including Terraform and/or Bicep, PowerShell, Python, and GitOps.
  • Proven incident leadership, blameless postmortems, and SLO/error-budget governance experience.
  • Mentorship and crisp written/verbal communication skills.
