Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and experienced in working with large language models and agent frameworks. You will work on designing and implementing AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK, and integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI agents using agent frameworks
  • Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases
  • Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling
  • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals
  • Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools
  • Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in machine learning or NLP research
