Job Role: PSA Professional

Overview:

A seasoned professional is required to implement, configure and customize PSA software to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PSA modules, a strong understanding of project management, resource management and billing workflows, as well as expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure PSA software to align with business objectives.
• Design and develop workflows to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Integrate PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide end-user training, create documentation and deliver ongoing system support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with PSA modules.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource management and billing workflows.
• Proven expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics (configuration, customization, reporting).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
