Transforming business technology through innovative performance testing strategies is crucial to our team's success. As a Senior Performance Tester, you will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive performance testing requirements and translating these into scenarios that replicate production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain technical expertise in performance/load testing principles and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and execute load, stress, and scalability testing to validate software applications and infrastructure stability and performance.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Monitor server metrics using APM tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement measures to enhance automation effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement innovative solutions for performance test requirements aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct analysis of business requirements, solution designs, and process documentation to identify feasible business-critical transactions.

Operational Management

  • Conduct endurance, stress, load, volume testing to ensure software applications and infrastructure stability and performance.
  • Provide performance testing support for respective business units.
  • Coordinate and execute creation of test cases, scripts, and performance test execution.
  • Design, develop, and execute scripts to validate test cases defined within the projects test plan.
  • Perform load testing across multiple messaging protocols, focusing on overall application performance and validating accurate outputs reflecting business requirements.

People Leadership

  • Mentor junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.

Governance & Risk

  • Track and communicate task progress, status, and key performance metrics.
  • Use standard defect tracking tools to promptly report defects found in testing.
