Mortgage Underwriter Specialist

Job Title: Mortgage Underwriter Specialist

As a Mortgage Underwriter Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing mortgage loan applications to ensure their eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to insure the collateral is acceptable to investors and the company.
2. Verify loan, property, borrowers' information with other available documents.
3. Verify borrower's monthly income and expenses.
4. Calculate asset required for closing and reserve purpose for the transaction (as per guideline).

Requirements:
- Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in conventional/govt end to end underwriting.
- Well-versed with all 4C's of Underwriting (Asset, Income, Credit and Collateral)
