Customer Service Representative

This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone calls and resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and resolve customer inquiries over the telephone, ensuring first-point-of-contact resolution.
  • Utilize sound judgment to make decisions within established procedures for each service request, adhering to Key Performance Indicators and quality standards.
  • Manage daily customer interactions on an account-wise basis, generated through workflows and queues.
  • Achieve key performance targets and ensure efficiency measures are met in accordance with process guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation from any stream
  • 12-24 months of International Voice experience preferably in patient handling and Provider/DME AR calling.
