RPA Automation Role Overview

This position involves designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end robotic process automation (RPA) workflows using industry-leading tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automation technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Cloud Flows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement modular RPA workflows, integrating with cloud-based services for enhanced scalability and performance.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations to third-party tools via RPA HTTP actions, Power Automate connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Create and manage Dev, Test, and Production environments in the Power Platform and RPA ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases, design RPA bots, logic flows, and deliver usable solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize RPA bot performance, handle exceptions, and implement retry logic.
  • Implement logging, error handling, and audit tracking for improved visibility and control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
  • Experience with automation frameworks like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
