Job Opportunity

The Opcenter MES Modeler is responsible for designing and developing master data for equipment management, inventory management, and user management in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Gathering requirements for process improvement design of products and collaborating with product experts to determine specifications.

Designing and creating Master Batch Records (MBR) for specifications on Bill of Parameters (BOP) and complex Process Instructions (PI's) for weighing, dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes.

Site-specific requirement analysis and conversion into Batch Records.

Validation of created PI's for site deployment and providing progress updates to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Working with product vendors on product-related issues during upgrades and troubleshooting defects during validation.

Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Bio Tech, Manufacturing, and Shop Floor Order processes required to convert site requirements into Batch Records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH.
  • Experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules like User Management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & Dispensing, XSI Console, Equipment Management, Material Flow Management, Weigh & Dispense.
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards and practical use of these standards in application design, as well as Pharma manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
