Job Title: Business Analyst

The Role of a Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. As an Analyst, you will be assigned to multiple projects based on business needs, your interests, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain software for new customers.
  • Manage customer accounts post-launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Application or related field.
  • Experience of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client management either in college or at work.
