Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will be responsible for finding untapped opportunities, creating funnels, fixing leaks in our funnels, and launching creative, cross-channel initiatives that bring measurable results.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a highly creative and resourceful mindset, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. They will also have a creative eye for detail and aesthetics, as well as experience working closely with product, sales, customer success, and data analytics teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel campaign management strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
