Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee exceptional operational efficiency within the Influencer Marketing division and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements for Influencer Marketing and provide tailored solutions, including proposal design, execution plans, and pitch decks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of briefs, analyze relevance, and develop insightful proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, and celebrities through negotiation and onboarding processes.
  • Brief, negotiate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of influencers and categorize them accordingly.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity management agencies, content creator networks, and micro-influencer groups.
  • Foster close collaboration with internal team members and external partners.
  • Execute seamless campaigns with strong coordination between onboarded influencers and internal teams, adhering to pre-planned roadmaps.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution.
  • Maximize campaign profitability while reviewing and analyzing key metrics.
