Fixed Assets Management Role

  • Oversee the maintenance of Fixed Assets register, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Head the process of managing fixed assets insurance, including renewal, additions/deletions, and claims management.
  • Create and dispose assets in Oracle Fusion, guaranteeing timely GST invoice issuance for seamless financial reporting.
  • Ensure proper asset tagging and record-keeping in the system to maintain data integrity.
  • Coordinate yearly fixed assets verification exercises with branches and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports related to Fixed Assets, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to resolve issues promptly and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualification and Experience

  • MBA / M.com or semi-qualified candidates with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and entries is essential for this position.
  • Familiarity with fixed assets accounting concepts and practices is required.
  • Working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations is necessary to navigate complex tax environments.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting, trackers, and MS Excel is expected from applicants.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion environment is preferred but not mandatory.
