Required Skills & Experience:

  • User Research: Conducting research to understand user behavior and preferences, and using this information to inform design decisions.

  • Visual Design Principles, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Usability Testing, and Accessibility Design Standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop product features that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to all users.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
">
  • Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
">
  • Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.

  • 3+ years creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.

  • Ai-Powered Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.

  • Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
