About Alchelyst Limited

We are a new entrant into the Alternative Fund Servicing space. We are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and have offices in India, Luxembourg and US.

We provide traditional/full, middle and back-office fund administration services to Irish regulated, European and third country domiciled Alternative Investment Funds (AIFS).

Our target client pool is in line with many of our competitors, but we have the unique advantage of starting with a green field site.

We have carefully identified the best of breed cloud-based technologies which can facilitate the current administration requirements demanded by clients and stay resilient and scalable for years to come.

About this role

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your career to the next level as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, performance and security of our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product and operations teams to define testing strategies, build automated test suites and uphold quality standards across the development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing test plans for backend services, workflow engines and integration layers to ensure industry regulations
  • Developing automated test suites for functional, regression and performance testing
  • Executing manual testing for complex workflows and edge cases where automation is insufficient

You'll also collaborate with engineers to understand system architecture and identify risk areas, participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality considerations are embedded early and contribute to observability and alerting strategies to catch issues early in production.

Required qualifications and skills include 4+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally in fintech or private markets, strong experience with automated testing frameworks and familiarity with microservices, APIs and event-driven architectures.
