We are seeking a seasoned Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an accomplished individual contributor who has delivered outstanding results on well-recognized projects.

About the Role

This role requires direct ownership of creative deliverables from concept through completion, while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams as needed. Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and independently produce high-quality, captivating artwork across both digital and print formats.
  • Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output, while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  • Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively.
  • Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience and a keen interest in integrating AI into daily design work.
