Technical Lead

Job Description

Elevate your career with a senior leadership role. We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions using .NET Core.

You will also build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.

Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.

Lastly, you will mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
