As a Senior Design Engineer 2, you will be responsible for delivering complex IPs using the latest advanced design for test skills and tools.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in DFT skills to develop innovative solutions that drive business success.

Requirements:

  • DFT Skills: Good knowledge of DFT skills is essential for this role.
  • DFT Architecture: Sound knowledge of DFT architecture and hands-on experience in scan, ATPG, simulation & GLS are required.
  • Tools: Prior experience with Synopsys or Cadence or Mentor tools like Tetramax, Modus, Tessent, and DC tools is necessary.
  • MBIST Insertion: Hands-on experience in MBIST insertion and simulation is required.
  • Scripting Skills: Good exposure to scripting skills like Perl or Python or Shell or TCL is beneficial.
  • Technical Documentation: Technical documentation including uArchitecture Specification and SoC Integration Specification is a must.
