We are seeking a highly skilled Backend API Engineer to design and develop scalable backend APIs using NodeJS, TypeScript, and ExpressJS.

About the Role
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable backend APIs leveraging NodeJS, TypeScript, and ExpressJS technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into working solutions.
  • Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation and ensure that all code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on one or more technologies including NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJS, Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes in Azure platform. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

We require a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with internal customers, demonstrate empathy towards their needs, and drive improvements in efficiency and productivity.

About Our Requirements

We need an experienced professional who can lead the development of scalable backend APIs, collaborate with teams, and provide technical guidance to internal customers. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript, and ExpressJS technologies, as well as experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure platforms. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
