Job Opportunity: Quantitative Estimator

This position involves providing accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimations for various systems. You will support pre-sales and project planning efforts by collaborating with design, procurement, and production teams.

  • Evaluate project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to determine suitable solutions and approaches for integrating control systems with HVAC systems, DDC systems, and PLCs.
  • Ensure engineering design integrity by validating that proposed technical solutions align with the design shared during the RFQ stage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project Evaluation: Assess project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work to comprehend client needs and goals.
  • Inter-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure estimation inputs align with the final execution strategy and project timelines.
  • Proposal and Documentation Development: Assist in the development of proposals, bids, and tender documents by providing accurate cost estimates and technical insights.

Essential Skills: Cost estimation, document formatting, proposal drafting, RFQ analysis, process improvement, estimation & costing, technical coordination, proposal development, communication, problem solving, process optimization.
