Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer (Java, Spring)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development using Java and Spring Boot, as well as expertise in front-end development with Angular.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop large-scale, client-facing software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Leverage expertise in Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development roles using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Strong expertise in front-end development with Angular.
  • 3+ years of experience working on large-scale, client-facing software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of banking or financial services industry.
  • FIS products and services.
