Position Overview

We are hiring a Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of experience to join our finance team in Mumbai. The incumbent will work closely with senior management and report directly to the Financial Director.

Major Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day finance operations to ensure smooth business processes
  • Coordinate across departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management analyses to inform key decisions
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory standards
  • Drive process improvements for financial efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications & Essential Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (ICAI or equivalent recognized body)
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance, MIS, and Accounts
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
