Strategic Transactions Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from origination to closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities and corporate restructuring.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis and deal execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
