Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Development Lead to join our team. As a Frontend Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. You will work closely with our product team to understand their requirements and provide guidance on frontend development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of frontend developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.
  • Provide guidance on frontend development best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality.
  • Make strategic decisions on front-end architecture, frameworks, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in frontend development with proficiency in React and React frameworks such as Gatsby and NextJS.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, showcasing strong team management and mentorship skills.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
