Job Summary

This exciting opportunity focuses on risk management and internal controls, with exposure to business finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial statement closure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Risk Management & Internal Audit: Assist in planning and executing internal audits across various business functions, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigating strategies.
  • Operational Audits and Compliance Reviews: Participate in operational audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR): Assist in walkthroughs and testing of controls, identifying control gaps and developing remediation plans to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process-Level Risks and Recommendations: Work closely with different departments to assess process-level risks and recommend improvements, enhancing overall business efficiency.
  • Business Finance & FP&A: Assist in preparing monthly management information systems (MIS), dashboards, and business performance reports, contributing to budgeting and forecasting exercises across business units.
  • Unit Economics Analysis: Perform unit economics analysis, margin tracking, and support decision-making models to drive informed business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting & Closure Support: Support the team in monthly and annual closing processes, coordinating with the external audit team for schedule preparations and audit queries.
Requirements
  • CA Final student eligible for industrial training as per ICAI regulations.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with internal audit methodologies and ICFR testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work closely with business leaders and control function teams.
