Role 1: VP - Sales (Luxury Automotive)

Location: Delhi

Reports To: CEO

Job Description:

As a VP of Sales, you will lead our luxury automobile dealership's sales strategy, enhance HNI client engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury automotive sales, relationship management, and strategic business expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for luxury automobile sales
  • Strengthen relationships with HNI clients, corporate buyers & brand partners
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Monitor market trends & competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Drive event-based and experiential marketing for high-value customers
  • Oversee team performance to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end luxury product sales
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong network with HNIs, corporate clients, and premium customer segments
  • Experience in luxury branding, CRM, and dealership sales optimization
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities

Role 2: GM – Strategy & Growth (MD’s Office) | Power & Energy Sector

Location: Noida

Reports To: Managing Director (MD)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and business-focused GM – Strategy & Growth to support the MD’s Office in a leading Power & Energy company. This role requires global exposure and expertise in driving corporate strategy, financial planning, and market expansion within the Power, Energy, EPC, or Capital Goods industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute corporate strategy, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Identify new business opportunities, global partnerships, and investment avenues
  • Lead financial modeling, revenue planning, and risk assessment initiatives
  • Drive business transformation, process optimization, and digital innovation
  • Provide industry insights, track regulatory changes, and assess global market trends
  • Prepare reports and presentations for MD/Chairman-level decision-making

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in Power & Energy or Capital Goods industries
  • Must-have: Experience in the MD/Chairman’s office managing strategy & finance
  • Expertise in EPC projects, power generation, renewables, hydrocarbons, or infrastructure
  • Strong background in corporate finance, investment analysis, and strategic consulting
  • Prior consulting experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4) is a plus
