Senior Software Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Team Leader to lead and mentor our development team. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned software professionals to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role
  • The Senior Software Team Leader will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • They will ensure the team adheres to best coding practices, standards, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
    2. Ensure the team adheres to best coding practices, standards, and guidelines.
  2. Software Development:
    1. Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable web applications using .NET Core and MVC architecture.
    2. Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability by applying best practices.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Project Management:
    1. Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to the team members to ensure timely project delivery.
    2. Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
    3. Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet the agreed quality standards.
  4. Code Review & Quality Assurance:
    1. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the codebase.
    2. Ensure that the team writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    3. Manage version control and ensure proper documentation for each project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong experience in .NET Core and MVC architecture.
    • Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
    • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for front-end integration.
    • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
    • Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services is a plus.
  • Team Management:
    • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex project requirements.
  • Agile/Scrum:
    • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
